Claus-Georg Müller (Managing Director)

Claus, Managing Director of PiMON GmbH, received a Master`s Degree in electrical engineering from FH Rüsselsheim in 1987 and began his career as a sales engineer for Motorola Semiconductor before moving to AMS Electronic GmbH in 1990. In 1992, he founded AMS Optotech GmbH and acted as the company’s Managing Director. After founding ADVA AG, where he has been Co-CEO since 1994, he guided the company through one of the year’s most successful IPO’s (on the New Market) in 1999. In 2000, he founded AIFOTEC AG and became Chairman of the Supervisory Board. AIFOTEC AG was sold to Finisar Europe GmbH in 2002. AIFOTEC Fiberoptics GmbH was created that same year following a MBO. Building on his many years of experience as an entrepreneur, Claus became the driving force behind mic GmbH, which was founded in 2001 and whose business operations were transferred to mic AG in 2006. Under his leadership, mic AG has established itself as one of the few listed early-stage investment companies in Germany.

Alexander Rauscher (Managing Partner)

Alexander, Managing Partner of PiMON GmbH, holds a Diploma in mechanical engineering from the University of applied Sciences of Munich and has a solid sales and management background of more than 20 years in direct and indirect operating, national as well as international sales organisations. Among others he run and restructured as managing director a UK-based sales and trading company for cable protection systems, he set up and managed for a well known engineering service provider their subsidiary in China and developed as project manager and management consultant sales, marketing and HR development strategies.

PiMON benefits from his broad international sales experience ranging from traditional solution selling and multi-market access strategies to the acquisition of partners and multipliers.
